Ushuaialoppet re-confirms 2018's date

Despite Worldloppet season 2018/2019 calendar was confirmed in June 2017, Ushuaialoppet OC wished to make some late changes in their programm for 2018. Last two summers has been very challenging for the race in Argentina, so they had to unite two racing weekends into one and wanted also to move the date to later date in August in order to unite it with national holiday.

As it was too late for such a change for coming summer, Worldloppet negotiated with the OC of Ushuaialoppet and now we can announce that

the Ushuaialoppet will be held as initially planned on August 12th 2018.

For 2019 the race will be moved to week later. We apologise for everybody who were confused by the temporate changes in our calendar. Entries for 2018 will be open very soon.

König Ludwig Lauf Entries open

With a new logo the German Worldloppet race, the König Ludwig Lauf is opening the entries for 2019's race. On the 2nd and 3rd February 2019 the ski marathon through the alps of Ammergau & the valley of the King Ludwig is going to take place for the 46th time.

So if you want to be part of it and collect a stamp for our passport in Germany go for the registration!

After that, the producers put together the funniest moments of the season 2018, showing you the hillarious side of Worldloppet. Merino Muster Travel Packages

While the current season is coming to an end with just one race left, the Worldloppet summer races on the southern hemisphere are already preparing for the next season. The Merino Muster, New Zealands's ski marathon & Worldloppet member just opened the registrations and is waiting for you!

The organizers of the Merino Muster are well known for taking care of the their international visitors. Therefore they again organized special travel packages for Worldloppet skiers in the 3 major hotels in the area Wanaka: Wanaka Hotel, Cardrona Hotel & Edgewater Hotel.

The Wanaka Hotel offers affordable accommodation in a fantastic location. Located in the centre of the town only one minute walk to the Lake and Town Centre.

The historic village of Cardrona is just 20-minutes from Wanaka.
